I've planned to learn these effects when I get free time, but now I'll give the priority to them.

I actually have to learn to do more kind of animations I always do the same ones >_>; And they're pretty simple, when you get the hang of it, the trick for a fade effect is doing a tween (is n the animation box) between one image and the next, the motion blur is doing 2 layers, one image blur and the other one normal, here's some tutorial that I used to learn a couple of effects:

I used Imageready CS2 is another program that comes with the Adobe Photoshop CS2, the other photoshops (cs3, cs4, cs5, etc) are supposed to already have the animation tool in the program. Here's a couple of tutorials I used:

Actually, I want to learn how to make gifs like you, I just know how to make the basic gif. I still have to lern some effects like motion blur, fade and other stuff. Thank you very much though! *bows 90°*
